Comments: This SYE is very strong and installs easy (I had a shop do it) It works great. I also had a custom driveshaft built to order.

Comments: I had a 4" short arm spring lift with a Transfer Case drop. I wasn't experiencing any vibrations but I wanted to add the SYE so I could get rid of the TC drop (gain more clearance). Immediately after adding the SYE I had a vibration problem. The vibrations were resolved with the addition of adjustable upper rear control arms that allowed me to adjust the rear pinion angle. Overall, the SYE conversion, CV driveshaft, and adj rear control arms ended up costing me more than I was anticipating.

Comments: The Teraflex Extreme Short Shaft kit was easy to install, and has performed flawlessly. With easy to follow instructions this was a relatively quick and simple installation.

Comments: Teraflex has been around the wheeling industry for many years and with the knowledge they have they produce cutting edge parts and they're SYE are no different. install was a breeze and the extra lenght over a standard SYE is a big plus

Comments: Very nice product , install was super easy except for the instructions were a little lacking on the re-install of the main shaft with no bearing on it . After calling Teraflex to verify , everything went smooth.

Comments: I highly recommend this for your lifted jeep, I haven't had a leak problem or anything of that nature with the Teraflex SYE kit in 2.5 years, i had to get special u joints made 1310 to 1330 u joint , costs about $25, and usually last around 15,000 miles

Comments: Nice kit - wish they would include the one circlip you need to reuse. This SYE combined with '98 TJ, 4.0, 5 speed, 1.0" motor mount lift, 4" suspension lift, D35 rear end and no transfer case drop has acceptable driveshaft angles without the need for adjsutable upper control arms. The lack of speedometer drive gear leaves the speedometer 12% slow with 33's. This can be recalibrated using the Dakota Digital SGI-5.
