When replacing the front track bar bolts to the larger 9/16 do they have to be fine threaded? I have 2 9/16 3in bolts have thread (12) I think they should be fine as long as I use locking washers. Anyone have problems with them loosening prematurely?

125 ft-lbs to be exact.

At least that's what both Teraflex and JKS gave for a torque spec for the front Track Bar.

I believe the TB bolt torque is at 120 to 130 lb-ft. The ANSI recommended torque for Grade 8 fine thread, per the attached chart, is 129 lb-ft. So you should be good to go.https://www.boltdepot.com/fastener-information/Bolts/US-Recommended-Torque.aspx

I have the correct bolts grade 8 and 9/16 but they are not fine thread. I'm wondering if it would even make a difference or if they would loosen quicker.

At 125 ft-lbs, nothing loosens easily. You can always add locktite to make sure.

The issue is that a 9/16" coarse thread Grade 8 bolt has a recommended torque of 115 ft-lbs.

Just to nit pick, torque is measured in lb-ft, while work is measured in ft-lb....gotta love the English system.
