T&T Customs' Tube Fenders are a unique way to beef up your stock front clip and add some style to your jeep at the same time. They've become popular because a stock fender becomes junk once it's touched by a foreign object where the tube fender can handle the abuse that a jeep owner typically dishes out.
There are now many choices for tube fenders. Some come in kits that you have to assemble, some re-use the stock fender as the foundation for the tube fenders, and others are a hybrid of the two. The last and most favorable solution for tube fenders is a direct bolt-on replacement. At this time we are one of two companies who offer such a solution and the only company who manufactures our entire product in the United States. We're just too proud to do it any other way.
# Advantages to a Full Replacement Fender: Stock Fenders can be sold or saved for a later time (trade in?)
# 100% bolt-on install
# No special tools or talents necessary
# Features: Stretched wheel well allows running one size larger tire on the same lift
# Fenders jig welded and assembled
# 3", 4.5", or 6" of wheel coverage
# Fenders ship with new battery mounting bracket
# Integrated inner fender has room for mounting all accessories
# Requires AirAid (or similar) aftermarket filtration system
Our full replacement fenders do allow for the use of all stock under-the-hood accessories. Once the fenders are installed the components will almost tell you where they need to go. Every popular model (base to Rubicon) has been tested and can be done with no more than simple hand tools and a drill.
When installing these fenders you will be required to remove and replace your stock battery mounting bracket as it will no longer fit on the new fenders. We supply you with a new battery mounting bracket with the order of each set of tube fenders.
