Hey Sheila, there isn't much in CT. Just dirt roads in state forests. Do you know anyone with land here in CT? If so, let me know haha. I live in Derby and work in Stratford, so I am close to Milford...actually used to live there for 3 years.
If you are looking to get your feet wet or are a beginner, there is a decent little road in Shelton that is actually on the map and is marked as a town road. It is more challenging than your standard dirt road but it is only spans less than 1 mile. PM me if you want to know where that is.
