Hi everyone,
My steering gear box has been acting up for over a year now (assuming). It is very hard to turn the wheels to the right when parking. It feels as if I don't have power steeriing...

Am I right to assume that it's more likely that my Steering Gear Box is shot and not the pump? I figure that if it was the pump, I would have the problem when steering left or right?

Please advise!

I think yes, a problem in the pump should affect the whole steering, so the right and left turning; but the culprit of the hard turning could be something else, not only the gear box (even if it has high probability to be the culprit)

I have had a lot of front end work done on everything that turns with steering and I still have the problem. All this work was done to get rid of the Death Wobble I had.
