I brushed and rolled mine it turned out fine and did not take that long.
I felt that could be the case, so i'll probably go that route. Partly for the ease of access to rollers and brushes i already have available:thumbsup:

I think you will get just as good results by rolling it in, but if you want to spray it you will want to look at a large texture sprayer type gun. A standard HVLP gun will NOT spray bedliner.

Harbor Freight, cheap and disposable: Texture Paint Spray Gun
I did see that exact one yesterday while browsing. Thanks. :D

I used a dry wall hopper gun from Harbor Freight for $20. There is a huge difference between rolling it and spraying it. After spraying it once I'll always spray liner from now on. I've rolled two Jeeps and sprayed two with Herculiner. I will also say I have sprayed two Jeeps with Al's Liner and will never go back to Heculiner. It fades to quickly even with the UV coating on it.

I like it with crumb for grip, but I think the liner without crumb looks better. Also, if you are going to have young children or a pet in the Jeep I'd go with out crumb. It's not really rough with the crumb and still feels rubbery.

Sorry for the thread hijack.

Was it hard for spray at an angle using that spray gun? Online it doesn't look like it comes with a cover on top of the hopper.

I think you should go for the Dupli-Color TRG102 spray gun. I have a lot experience with it. Its hose is chemical resistant. So, it delivers outstanding coverage. The cap is splash-proof which will make your task convenient.
