Comments: Love the look of this bumper. It was very easy to install and seems pretty sturdy. The only thing I do not like is that there is no way to run wires for the aftermarket lighting.

Comments: Great bumper, winch is a pain to mount (which means its a pain to steal) went on extreamly easy, took longer to get the stock bumper off. i was backed into by a 5 ton truck that did 4 grand damage before the lower part of it hit my bumper and barely left a mark, another car brushed it wrecking their quarter panel, bumper and mirror, cant find a mark on it. ive smashed 3 old desks with it and cant find a mark. and i drove through an area offroading with trees that had a 4 inch diameter and still no damage. dragged myself out of a mudhole that burried my front tires and held up great. cant wait to get the side armour and rear bumper

Comments: Had to do some grinding on the frame mounts to get it to fit flush. Got a bit dinged up in shipping. Hardware wasn't in the box, but I bought stainless stuff to use anyways. Light mounts are in a good spot. Haven't mounted a winch yet.

Comments: Bought the package deal that included this bumper and the smittybilt xrc8 winch for a reasonable price. I am very pleased with my purchase, just wish I had time to really get out on the trails and put it to the test. Like I mentioned in the cons section, the pictures from quadratec are somewhat misleading in my opinion. I saw this bumper as a forward leaning bumper that was not angled far off of vertical, but I was mistaken it sticks out from the grille much farther then expected. Do not take that as a complaint though, just a warning, I still love the way it looks.

Comments: As I am familiar with smittybilts rep, I inspected the quality upon delivery. Good solid welds on this bumper, and powdercoat looked smooth and solid. For the money, this is a nice, good looking bumper.

The thing looks awesome though. Have yet to get some more lights for it. (two extra light tabs on top of it)

Comments: Like the look a lot and was easy for me to install by myself. Can't mount lights on middle tabs without modification to the bolt on the lights. The powder coat is cheap and thin. I like the bumper and I knew what I was get for $215.

Comments: Owned two years only tested once,
50 Km hr. down a frozen rutted cutline a rut threw me into the frozen dirt bank , I bounced 2' backwards and 2' to the side. I got out and not bent or a mark on the bumper.
