lil Red was totalled due to the amount of drivetrain damage. searched all over and found this gem, well, it needed some work, but it was solid



a delivery from BDS





Also, I got that silly light bar off

got the savvy rear control arms in and adjusted.
debating on relocating my compressors or just mounting them to the new skid
planning the new skid install on thursday or friday

also, got that god awful brush guard off, swapped tail lights, and added hood louvers

some cheap flex pics for now





getting all set to hit the Badlands on Nov. 10th

Just ordered a Tatton CV DS. planing on installing my skid over the next few days. it'll be nice to have it on and not have any vibs

will also be installing 04-06 trans pan while i have the skid down

did some more upgrades and played around at the badlands a bit today.

UCF UHC skid, still modding things to get the lopro to work
ended up having to use a 1" radiator drop with the tummy tuck
Finally figured out a decent place to mount the stock rubi air pumps
changed the 03 trans pan to the new design
Tatton drive shaft w/ all three 1330 u-joints
replaced a wheel bearing
upgraded to h4 headlights

still want to play around with my control arm lengths a bit and i think a new muffler is on the list, but was very happy with the results for a rainy,sandy, sloppy day

i thought i had a pic, but i cant find one now. i'll take one tonight. basically in the same place they are now, just behind the TC. I used the UCF bracket and drilled two holes in the angled lip on the back of the skid. then attached the bracket using two 1/4" bolts, and attached the pumps using the oem bracket and two 1/4" bolts. its not the strongest possible,only using 2 of the 4 holes on each bracket, but its solid, doesnt rub anything, and i dont think it will ever be an issue.

had to cut the exhaust hanger and i will be clearancing the skid a bit in the next few days, currently it is just barely touching my trans pan, but should be easy. the tricky part is getting a lopro to work with it. i'll take lots of pics as i bet i will be dropping and lifting this skid many times in the next few days.

oh, i also had to move the radiator down an inch
