HELP, I need to purchase a remanufactured engine for my 2002 jeep liberty sport 3.7 4WD. Does anyone kn ow of any places tthat offer reman engines for jeeps and have a high success rate. I found a place that has good prices but when i checked better business bureau they have had a lot of complaints just in the past 3 months. I need to get an engine to my mechanic and want to an engine from someone reputable or less likely to be an issue. I can not afford any issues, I need this purchase to be successful. I am going to be laid off next month and I can not afford to buy another engine if the first one I get is not good. ANY SUGGESTIONS OR ACTUAL EXPERIENCES IS APPRECIATED. THANKJYOU.
P.S. NY BLOCK CAN NOT BE MACHINED to much scaring in the cylinders.

generally the mechanics orders from someone they use, would imply they trust. Like around this town near all will be a Jasper. they have if i recall a 3 year warranty. same as your heep was new standard, not extended.

Is it really worth spending that kind of money on a 20 year old Jeep? Maybe a good engine from an auto wrecker would be more economic.
Many shops have different ideas on what a remanufactured engine is. Maybe wait until your back at work and shop around in that time.
