*** holes is right, 8.00 with govment portion included.

I suppose I lost it, or never had one. That is possibly why everything came flying off when I was installing the column.

Let me know about that t - 18.
I am starting a project in Raleigh this fall and will be driving up there on occasions

I need to come test-sit those new seats and see if I fit. By the looks of Aryn in them, I'm thinking I probably won't fit.

Eddie, Your head would be above the cage. They sit a couple of inches higher and the leg section is longer than the stock seats. I think they would be fine for a honda or that type of vehicle where your legs are straight out. Jeep seats position you like you're in a chair (legs down) The seats are nice, guess I just need to get used to them.

Gives me a reason to do the seat mounts and harness tube to the cage. :2thumbsup:

I know the ad for the new seats says leather, are they? they almost look like neoprene?

a coworker has the same style in his CJ5, and they really dig into my shoulders/sides- perhaps yours are a bit different?

LOL, they have a few edges with leather.
They are tight but not to the point of being obnoxious.
Contrary to the S/N, I'm 5'9" 180# so I fit the seat ok.
The kid is 5'7" 125# wet, he has more of a problem with the seat than I do.

I think the best resolve at this point is to tack in seat mounts to the cage, lowering them about 2-3", add the 4 point harness mounts. Pull the cage and weld it all up. I thought this could wait another 5 months, maybe not.

I know someone that has the 2" DOM sitting there waiting. ;)

500 miles and running awesome!
Swapped out the break-in fluids today.
Royal Purp 75/ 140 in the diffs
75/90 in the T Case
Synchromax in the trans

Smooth, smooth, smooth!
Topped off the brake res, P-Steering, and radiator
Changed the oil and filter and gave the keys to the kid.

I'M DONE !

Lil trick I've used while working on Harley's:

end filter wrench

keep the oil from a PIA (no clean up needed)

took more time to take the pictures and up load em

not telling, do your own thing!

Seal it up, I prefer sealant over teflon tape

Gotta go dig a hole in the neighbors yard, see ya later ...........J/K!
