Currently working down the Jazzman Steering Rebuild guide but a difference I have is the park lever on the column. There appears to be a pin/sleeve holding the lever in place but at the risk of breaking something I could use some know-how to remove this thing! I need to break down the steering column, almost entirely, as the lower housing assembly is broken.

simple.

a punch or a spike nail, hammer it in.

dowel pin will fall out the rear, and then you remove the shifter.
