I took mine off since they were rusted also. Funny the rest of the jeep is super clean though. Tried to refinish them but there is some holes and I just haven't gotten to them yet.

Its not so high on my priority list right now. Just paid the guy the last of the cash I owed him for the laredo I bought with the 242 HD then he tells me he knows a guy possibly giving away an 01 anniversary edition With a good engine then a friend of mine tells me he's got an 08 intake for sale. Just keeps getting lower and lower on the list.

A sill that a local metalwork shop should be able to do / make / replicate in thicker metal Fx.
