Thanks, it took about 2-3 months to track one down!DAMN! Thats a clean XJ!
What are your plans with it?
(lift height/tire size/etc...)

Well you're certainly off to a good start. Took me several months before I bought the XJ I have now too! Finding "just the right one" often times takes time. If you ever need help with your jeep, or would just like to meet up and talk jeep, i'm always down. I used to live in N.Po. so I know the area. I'm out in Gresham now. Lemme know!:cheers2:Thanks, it took about 2-3 months to track one down!
I do a lot of snowboarding so reliability is high on the list. First on the list is to get a rear tow package and install some front tow hooks so I'll have some recovery points. I plan on doing a SYE before lifting it. Then make some quick disco's. I also have some leaky trans cooler lines so I might just do an external cooler since PO's hose clamp attempt didn't work. Finally make room in the fender wells for some bigger tires.. After that I'm not sure which lift to start with before I'm needing to replace suspension components due to excessive bump steer (like a 3.5" or if I could do a 4.5" and get away with it). Then down the road I can decide if I want to go long arm, and which track bar, drag link, and extended pitman would work best. I was thinking 31-33'' depending what I do first.
So far I've swapped in the Bosch 703 four hole injectors, replaced the FSB bushings, replaced the wiper arm bushings, air filter, and cleaned the bay. This is my first 4x4 so this is a whole new world for me.
I'm installing a lift on a buddy's 92 XJ right now... RC 4.5" long arm kit.Sounds good :tea: I think at some point I'll want to find some trails to make sure everything is working right!
I didnt even know about these guys!I'm not sure if you do the whole facebook thing. However I noticed this event coming up posted in another group I'm in. I'm not so sure if I could make it though, all my free time is spend snowboarding when we get some snowCould be a good thing to show up to with your buddy.
