I have a 2004 jeep grand Cherokee Laredo 4.0L 2wd and sometimes it when I shift into reverse nothing happens. I can hear it shifting and I can feel it shifting but it just reves and doesn't move and other times it doesn't do it at all. It works great in all other gears and the transmission fluid is full and bright red with no burnt smell. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
