My key fob and door locks are not working and I have a message on my odometer that says "no fuse"

My radio, interior lights work, and power windows, its just the locks. I have to open manually with my key now

I have looked through user guides and manuals and on-line and there is no explanation in any of the guides about what this message means

Has anyone had this issue and actually found the source of the problem

Sounds like a blown fuse. You didn't say which model year but for the 2018 the power door lock fuse is F12. Check in the power distribution box, it should be a green 40A fuse. Your owner's manual has a list of what each fuse does.
