Yes, we are saying the same thing about routes. Licensed vehicles are allowed ORV routes. But my guess is that the original construction and maintenance of these routes were/are funded in part from Licensing fees.


If full size vehicles must pay the same amount, then they must receive the same benefits.

I used to get one "just in case" also when I had my CJ for trailing around the Rose City area. I probably will get one again "just in case", I have dealt with the DNR enough times in my dirt biking and snowmobiling days that whatever the cost it's a bargain if it will avoid talking to them IMO..
