I just bought my first car it's a 94 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo and I want to make it off road and all cool looking. It's an inline 6 4.0 liter with 31" tires. I'm pretty sure everything is stock so I'm starting from the beginning. Any comments/advice/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

First thing I would do would be figure out what type of off-roading you will be doing, i.e. Mudding, rock crawling, sand dunes, or just off the beaten path type of wheeling.
That will help you decide where you need to spend money on upgrades.
