My CJ

Acquired my first CJ5 about 2 months ago from a friend of mine. He kind of got burned out on it. So here it is. 71 CJ5. 225 Dauntless. Pictured with 32x11.50 and Dana 27. Working on a 30 conversion now. Spring over is done, just ready to hang axles! Saginaw manual steering. Haven't got to the tranny and x-fer case yet, so don't know if it's all original. The VIN decodes as a Renegade. Supposedly the first yeAr? I prolly drive it for the summer, and then plan on a new frame and Chevy power. Probably a 4.3, thought I just happen to have a LS engine on hand! Nuff Said.
