Hey everyone,
I am new to the area and looking to get my JKU nice and dirty and learn to handle it on the trails. Any advice or recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Currently have no mods done to suspension or tires; running stock on the Oscar Mike edition.

watch out in deep water mud. you dont want to be the guy that makes yet another thread on i swamped my jk, hydro locked it. will the warranty cover this? type tread next up.

seems ever summer this forum gets more than a few of these threads.

since in most cases you will never know how deep it is. #1 never ford a unknown depth. 2# walk it or wait for some test dummy to go first and observe the out come. 3# compare rigs did the guy that just made it have a comparable jeep? if he was on 40s and 4 lift, and you are stock. you are not comparable.

If you plane to do this alot. might want to invest in a snorkel, raise all vents. remove carpet, have good INS.
