Hey guys!

It's time for our 3rd Annual Skillz Day at Prairie City SVRA.

If you've attended before, you know its a day of good fun with great volunteers, good food, and a cool training course.

The event is for Newbies and Pros alike. No matter your skill level, even if you are a brand new Jeep owner, come on out.

We will cover the following topics...
  • Understanding your off road vehicle and its capabilities
  • How to choose a trail / Find the line
  • What equipment should I bring on the trail
  • Off Road Safety
  • Land Use and Access
  • Recovery Techniques & Demonstrations
  • How to Use a Winch Effectively
  • Off Roading 101



Registration is FREE and Lunch will be provided.

This year we will be joined by some local vendors too including Sierra Gear & Rugged Radios.

damn. I wish I was still in town for this. It sounds like a great time, and a really good learning experience.

You let me know when you get back and I will spend a day out there with you.
Man I wish i could go to this. Just got into 4x4 and am lifting my JK with a MC lift next week. Any news on the next one???

Thanks for putting on a great event ! Your crew was awesome and the other clubs were great at teaching. I had a bunch of people ask me about search and rescue and how to do it.

I would be happy to come back and do safety training for you guys or anything else to help people be safe
