So I have searched and not been able to find much. Stereo shops tell me marine speakers wont fit in the stock location on a 2015 JKU. I was looking at picking up 4 of the new wetsounds 6.5 Revo’s however if they wont fit I rather not waste the money. Can someone please point me in the right direction? They say that because marine speakers have the geills they dont fit.

What year and model do you have? Most 6.5 speakers will fit in the dash and speaker bar, except those that have excessively large magnets, then you would have to dremel the speaker pod in the dash to fit. Most manufactured I have found make some sort of “marine grade” speaker.
