Check out the Northeast Association of 4WD Clubs There are many NEA member clubs in your area. Furthermore, the NEA has gained access to some very nice private properties.
Beyond that you might also check out Exploring NH which focuses on class VI roads all over the state.

ExploringNH appears to be a great group. I just joined myself recently and plan on becoming a supporting member as my build gets closer to being trail worthy
