I've been wanting to do a smoke, but this is my 1st free weekend in a while and I've ended up on my own at the house. If I do decide to I'll have to find someone to share it with.

Edit: Dug a chuck roast out of the freezer. I think I'll smoke it tomorrow or Monday.
