Just a fu*king oil change?

I am just trying to get an understanding of Jeeps. Currently My dad and I are trying to do an oil change for my 2011 Jeep Liberty Limited 4WD. The place we got it from must of damaged the oil pan by putting the nut on too tight so we tried everything to take it off just to do a simple oil change. Now we need to replace the oil pan. We are trying to get it out and my front axel for 4wd is blocking. We looked up everything and nothing is showing us. Any one that can help would be awesome. Or just a how to in order to get the oil pan out. Thanks!
