This hose is leaking water. I had my air condition on and it is warm today. But this is the first time I have noticed this.

That is not a hose. That is some wires in "wire-wrap". Head up and see where water may be making contact and entering the wrap.

AC condensation draining. Normal. The drain is in the area of that wire loom.
