High idle question

My 99 wrangler 4.0 seems to get a really high idle after it’s warmed up. I assumed vacuum leak but can’t find any using the carb cleaner method. It’s got 95k miles on it so I assume some sensor failed.
Also has a brand new exhaust manifold but it was doing it before I replaced it.

Check TPS reading, and possibly IAC.

Could the coolant temp sensor cause similar issue? I noticed a little fluctuation in it the other day but it’s also 115 outside

I replaced tps and cts. It was cheap so why not. Seems good so far, need to take a long drive.
