Good Bay Area/San Juaqiun Mechanic for RMS

My 1995 YJ Sahara is in serious need of a Rear Main Seal replacement. Normally I would attempt to do this job myself but I live in an condo complex. I feel uneasy about letting any general mechanic replace this seal since it was done incorrectly the first time.

Does anyone know of a good jeep mechanic located near Tracy CA? Or if there is a fellow jeeper out in this area with a good garage set up, I would be willing to lend a hand and compensate you for your time (money, in addition to beer and pizza).

I contacted the recommended deetz off-road and they quoted me $1k just for the job, which is way too much. I'm just out of school and a little tight on money!
