Any thoughts on repairing this so doesn't get worse.

Would be great if could hide it, but mostly don't want it to get bigger.
It's a black headliner if that matters and that spot is behind the driver just past the panoramic roof.

I think the car is totaled, I can be by to pick it up for a small fee :) . I'd take it to an auto upholstery shop and see what they can do - or a small amount of crazy glue. at least you're trying to fix it before it gets worse

Ended up taking a black sharpie and just dabbing that middle to hide the white coming through. Then I dabbed with some super glue. It's not perfect, but came out better than expected.
