I have tried to search online for a list of things to check but all I can find is "did you check the Clutch Safety Switch??????"
Yes, that was the first thing I did. It creates a circuit when depressed fully. I also get power to the plug that the switch plugs into. When I do need to move it I just pop the clutch and start it that way but I'd like to fix this problem. I just recently, a few months ago, re-wired the main power to the starter because I was showing signs of a faulty connection, also during that time I replaced the starter itself too. I'm 23 and this is my one day off this week. I'd love some more experienced minds to show me what to do/ how to figure it out. Thanks in advance!

I just tried that, sadly nothing, the key starts the ac and other accessories, just nothing except for a relay clicking, in the past, I've heard it attempt to turn over or the starter clicking if it was a problem with the starter bit this time its nothing. Good suggestion!

The fuel pump is relitivly new, only like 1 and a half years old. Is there a way I can make it sound off to see if its functioning. I'm 90% sure it is functioning as intended.

Never buy parts on speculation, pretty much ever! Take out tools before you take out your wallet. Find a way to test a suspected part first. For a starter, just jump the solenoid connector to the main feed (key off, so it doesn't start while you're under it).
Well, I did that, the solenoid didn't engage so I thought it was the starter, then took it to be tested at AutoZone, if failed. I was referred to a different store to buy a new one, I thought screw it, lets test it again, might as well, it's free. So i had it tested, and it passed, 3 time back to back. so I went back home and installed it and the solenoid was not engaging again, went and bought the new one, installed it and called it a night. I just got off and showered, ready to get dirty again. When I crank the key to start the car while under my jeep I hear a whirring but its not the starter, the starter isn't even engaging, it has power but wont turn, either on the new or old one. I tested all my fuses last night but they all passed except one for a light, which I replaced.
