Does anyone know of a dash conversion kit for a 97 tj to a cj5 dash?

Seems doubtful that you would find a "kit" to do something like that. Sounds like a good opportunity for a creative fabrication project, though...
If you lack the skills, something like that should be forgiving enough for you to work on developing them...

Double D Fab should be able to build you anything you need. Just draw out what your looking for and send it to them, they will get back to you with a layout for approval before they produce it. I had them make a early CJ dash that took a custom sized intermediate steering column cutout, extra gauge holes, welded/locking glove box, and a DIN radio cutout.
