coolant...?

What type of coolant would be good to use that would cool better than antifreeze since i'm not worried about it freezing at this point and time of the year. I'm having some issues with it cooling. My fan likes to kick on a lot even though its full of fluid. Temp in Alabama is from 95 to 100 right now and I need to keep this thing cool so the heat doesn't rob my engines power. I know this sounds crazy but I've thought about getting a 180 degree termo-stat but i don't want the decrease in MPG. What do I do, anything???? Please help :brickwall

"The recommended mixture is 50/50 ethylene-glycol and low mineral content water. Never use pure antifreeze. Only Mopar Antifreeze Coolant, 5 Year/100,000 Mile Formula (glycol base coolant with corrosion inhibitors called HOAT) is recommended. This coolant offers the best engine cooling without corrosion when mixed with 50% distilled water."

Valvoline makes the Zerex G-05 which AFAIK is the correct stuff. AZ has a $5/gal rebate.

This new coolant does not mix with the green stuff, so must wash out all the old and replace with new.

I just bought this last weekend, but struggling with the best method to wash out all the old green stuff. I don't want to touch the block plug; don't want to drain the radiator & fill with water drive 'til hot multiple times. I've seen posts about attaching a hose to a 'T', but doesn't sound like the 'green' thing to do.
Any Suggestions?
