Looking for opinions on the best value, longest lasting, best performing tire in this size category. 35x12.5 on 17x9 inch wheels with 4.5" backspacing. They're going on a 2008 JKUR, no lift, flat fenders and trimming where necessary. Like it says in the title. The jeep will be my daily driver, so streetability is paramount. Offroading wise, the truck will see the beach and the snow. Has to be good in the wet weather also. Appreciate all the input!

Bfg all-terrains. I've had good luck with them. I got 55,000 out of the last set.

Lots of Duratrac lovers here but I'm going to suggest something else for you to consider: Nitto Trail Grapplers. They have an aggressive M/T look that belies how relatively quiet they are on the street yet they are still exceptional on the trail in all conditions. Their price tag is awesome, especially considering how precisely they are made and they require very little balancing.
Best value??

I love my grabber AT2s.
Highly reviewed, pretty darn cheap, mine have worked awesome in the snow, rarely ever use 4 wheel drive. Pretty good road manners, and I like the look.

Best Value ill vote for treadwright retreads :)
I've got the Kelley TSR's and love them. They're pretty much a copy of the Duratracs, last just as long, made by Goodyear and sold by Kelley, quiet on road but do great offroad, and cost about 30% less than the duratracs. I have similar terrain as you do out here and so far they have done excellent in everything I've tried, even do quite well in deep mud if you keep them spinning.
does anyone have a pic of a stock height rubicon, flat fenders and 35's? interested in what it'll look like/how it'll flex
duratrac's are an awesome tire but the sidewalls are super thin. i'm going with BFG A/Ts for durability
BFG AT's...love 'em.
X2 on the General Tire. I've got the Grabber Red letter, which are rather expensive, yet perform like the AT2's as well - the AT2's are very road quiet, look good and they don't hit the pocket book too hard.
Duratracs, best in the snow of all tires mentioned so far. All are good choices except for snow.
