That tire will likely be flat by morning, if not it will be before long if you drive on it like that. That rim is trash.
And if your steering wheel is off-center, you have knocked the front end out of alignment, possibly bent a steering link. A bent rim won't throw your steering wheel off-center.

Junk yard for the rim take it to a tire place get the rim mounted and a alignment... He should say if something is bent.
