Looks like just you and me.

I am working with the planning committee to create a Jeepforum parking area within the festival grounds. It would be nice to tell the committee we have a bunch of guys going so lets hear it. Who's going?

Here is an update from the folks at the festival. First deadline for discounts is TODAY so if you are not registered yet you need to get to it.

The first deadline for the Festival package is March 31! If you register now you save 30%. The package is $70 (Jeep Invasion, Ruff'n Tuff, Mystery Road Rally, Jeep Playground and On-site Trails). Between April 1 and May 18, the package discount drops to 20%.

We are seeking stories from Veterans that had experiences with Jeeps for our Veteran's Recognition Luncheon. They can be from any war, and anything related to the Jeep as a military vehicle (funny stories, how the Jeep helped them, etc.).

If there are forum members that have a story or know someone who does, shoot me a PM and I will get you in contact with the appropriate person at the festival.

Our Friends of the Festival print is also available in our online store. The design features a Bantam logo with an outline of the Butler County Courthouse and a BRC-40 from a lower angle view in order to emphasize the distinctive grill of the Jeep. The details were drawn from photos that Henderson took of the BRC-40 and rely heavily on the Bantam’s history as a military vehicle as well as the close tie to its birthplace in Butler.

More updates from Bantam:

First, we have a WWII Jeep Desk raffle (This thing is Cool, you gotta see it). The desk is one of a kind and tickets are available in our online store. There is a photo of it there. Tickets are $5 each. The winner will be drawn on Sunday at the Festival. The winner need not be present to win but is responsible for picking up the desk or the cost to ship.

The second thing to highlight is our benefits for clubs/forums that we've created. There will be a designated space to "meet up" and hang out together. A few things to note about this space:
The Meet Up area is accessible only for registered Jeeps who are members of a Club or Forum. All other Jeeps must park in the participant parking areas.
The Meet Up area will not have space designated for individual groups. Clubs/Forums can simply find an area within the Meet Up space to gather together.
Club/Forum banners are permitted. (Hey Mods, is this something that we could get help with)
Pop up tents, maximum of 12x12, are permitted.
Food, grills and alcoholic beverages are not permitted.
The Meet Up space is available during Festival hours.

If you are part of a club, you can also take advantage of free festival booth space. This is a great option if you are trying to recruit new members for your Jeep or Off-Road Club! A 10×20 booth space will be provided for each requesting club. Power, tables, chairs and tents are not provided. Spectator admission must be purchased by all members staffing the booth.

All Jeep Clubs utilizing booth space must commit to providing a minimum of two qualified volunteers on two of the Festival days to help on the Playground and On-Site Trails. Each volunteer needs to help for two shifts (shifts are approx 4 hours). Your volunteers will need to register through the online volunteer registration process and indicate that they are with your club.

Here is some new info from Bantam. I know I have been working hard every night to have my Jeep ready. My Jeep will be tree this your, it may not run yet, but it will be there.

1. Pre registration ENDS ON MAY 18. This is the last day to register as well as make changes to existing registrations on our website.

The Blue Sox will be offering Jeep Festival attendees a special "Buy One, Get One" ticket offer! This Buy One, Get One offer will be accepted at the ticket window by showing your Festival wristband or volunteer t-shirt.
