I have a 1992 Jeep Wrangler with the 2.5. I had my ax5 slowly start dying on me when I lost 5th then 3rd so I decided since I have to pull it out I might as well put in the ax15. I also still had the internal clutch slave and figured to swap it to external since it wasn't too much extra. I got the advanced adapter kit for the 2.5 to ax15 also buying a 94 bell housing and external slave parts. After the swap I can hear this ticking sound mostly in 4th and 5th and it's gets really loud if I'm at a higher rpm and let off the gas. The clutch, pressure plate, pilot bearing, throwing bearing, fork, fork return spring, and master and slave are all brand new. Any help to what this sound may be would be greatly appreciated as I've been trying to figure it out on my own for awhile now and have dropped the transmission too many times trying to figure it out.
