That front coil seems really bowed.
Yeah the ford coil width is a little wider than a wj but the pics makes it look worse than what it isThat front coil seems really bowed.
It is bent on purpose, I just bent it a little too much. It is a grade 5 threaded rod. Those sway bar links look bent. Is that thread rod graded?
Thanks, It took me 4 hours to do the one side but now I know what I am doing so I say I can do it in 3 or lessThat looks clean man. I'm kinda thinking about cutting up the rockers. How long did it take you to do one side?
Thanks and yeah I have 4 stingers and they are welded and gusseted to a 3"x4" plate that is welded to the frame and the stiffener. Then its all tied together with the lower plate. That boatside looks pretty cool man! Did you happen to run any stringers from it to the frame rail to reinforce everything or just that lower plating? Be wary of the slider trying to push the existing rocker material up into the bottom of the doors haha. Mine try to do that when I hit them really hard even with decent reinforcement
The 37s clear with no problems. If I push the front axle forward another inch, Im sure I could clear 40s all the way around. The radiator protection should be built in the next couple of weeks.any clearance issues with the 37s at that height?
the bumper looks awesome. radiator skid/protection soon?
Im going to use them for when I go wheeling. They just wear too quick on the street.what did you do with those 36's?
Yep and it rides better than stock.so your running an iro a arm with LONG lower control arms? hows the ride?
