Any updates on pricing and arrival dates?

I read that production will begin late August. Not sure on pricing yet, but I expect it to center around $25,000.

From the Toledo Blade (newspaper):

"Meanwhile, production of the redesigned Wrangler begins with four-door Unlimited models on July 17... The first finished vehicle is to be done July 24."

"Production of two-door Wranglers is to begin Aug. 28..."

From the information released to the dealers by DC, we should be able to place orders for the Unlimiteds starting tomorrow, 5July06. With in mind, I should think that they should be able to give us accurate pricing starting tomorrow. I know that myself and my girlfriend are heading straight to the dealership after work tomorrow!

I wonder if the Jeep website will have pricing today. So far it does not. I called a dealer at 9:15 and talked to a salesperson. He said he would have to check with the sales manager and would call me back. As of 10:45 no callback.

I saw a red 2007 4 door hardtop wrangler yesterday in royal oak michigan. I couldnt tell if it had manufacturer license plates on it or regular plates but one thing i know for sure is i gotta have one. the few pics i have seen of it do not begin to do it justice.

Any heads up on pricing? On some of the other threads, I saw a link to a SWB JK with the soft top. In a way, it makes me wished I would have waited. I figured by the time I get my 05 paid off, any bugs in the JK should be fixed (hopefully).

I dont put much stock in the dealer i called, but they said they had no info that the pricing or ordering was going to open today.

Talked w/ my dealer today, he said that some allocations have been made through Jeep, but that they are not accepting special orders right now. He did say that that was a good sign and that the special orders are usually not far behind at all. No guestimates.

Do the people submitting their orders have a fixed/set price?

Or are these just orders that the dealership knows they will sell once the pricing gets out?

Well, as of 10:44 PM Eastern, there is no ordering data, or pricing data available on Daimler Chrysler Dealerconnect (it's great to be my dealership's Internet Manager )(and no, the public does not have access to Daimler Chrysler Dealerconnect :laugh: ). Don't lose any sleep now, we'll let you know when we can order them, and what the pricing will be...and I'll know before any of you know .

So it's a new day... any pricing info?

I signed up for the updates through the Jeep site... never get anything back... no news... no updates..
