Live just north of Little Rock and am wondering if there's any legal places to wheel around here. I've headed up to superlift in hot springs a few times but it gets expensive. Anywhere closer would be awesome.

Brock Creek

We met up with Arkabilly (Michael) this morning and made a trip to Brock Creek. Did both Jeep trails, 42 & 51, then messed around in some mud near the water sheds. Just want to say 'thanks' to Michael for showing us around. Had a great time and a very nice day of running around in the Ozark National Forest.

The trails are well marked and easy to follow.

Nice trails nothing very difficult but your paint will get intimate with some branches.

Brock Creek

Towards the end of trail #42 we took a break at the Brock Creek crossing. Arkabilly(Michael) is on the left with his YJ and my son Nick is on the right with his CJ-2A and then that's my LJ on the far right. Overall it was a great little day trip, Thanks Michael! :2thumbsup::highfive:

Looks like were going to try and go on sunday if anyone wants to go.
I'm up for a Sunday run! Just give me a time and a place and I'll be there.

Steven
Mike, what time did you and Arron make it back? Sorry I cut out after a couple of hours but I was a little worn out!
brock creek this saturday???
I can't make it this time Mike. I have to change out a water heater and then going to install a Savvy 1" MML and 1 1/4" BL :highfive::tea:

First baby steps for a tummy tuck!

Steven
Steven it was great meeting you on saturday. You have a awesome LJ. Which brand of Tummy Tuck are you going with?
Ditto! Which trails did you end up running? We did a couple of (3)'s and then ran Ultimate Adventure and then Gorge. Had to pull cable on Gorge but made it through UA with no problems. It was a great day:2thumbsup:.

I started off wanting the Savvy TT but after looking at Nashirak's LJ I'm going to look real carefully at the UFC's TT.

If your going to do any trail rides don't forget to drop me a line!

Steven
This was my 5th time there since October. I think I'm hooked:shhh:

I crawled under his rig and took a look at the UCF skid and it did look nice. He mentioned that he didn't go Savvy because it was made out of aluminum and it would 'stick' to the rocks and steel wouldn't. I hadn't thought about aluminum being softer and 'sticking' to the rocks. I guess I have a lot more reading to do.......

Brock Creek

The Wife and I went to Brock Creek today. Lots, I mean, Lots of 4-wheeler s and we were the only Jeep. Did both jeep trails, 51 & 42. Apparently there has been a lot of water on these trails. The first half of 51 had a lot of wash-outs, the last climb to the top of the main ridge most of the top soil was gone and the last 100 yds was a bunch of little rock shelf's and loose rooks. It was fun! The top of the ridge was just mud holes with rock bottoms that were about 2 ft deep. (i don't like mud!) Trail 42 had a lot of water damage also. Lots of trees were down and all creaks had knocked down trees in or across them. It was fun too. The Wife took a couple of pics at the cross of Brock Creek on trail 42. The last one I'm just looking at the water, that's it, just looking. I'm NOT doing what it looks like I'm doing.....:)

Overall, nice way to spend 4hrs with the wife that didn't cost any money.:2thumbsup:

Its a little tight in some areas on 51 so we got a few more scratches.
Now that's the way to do it! Yesterday weather was almost perfect
