Looking for opinions on 4" lift for my 84 cj7 spring under or over? and why?

What is your planned use after the lift? What is your fabrication/mechanical skill? For a 4" lift on stock axles, I would stick with a spring under and do the draglink and tierod flip inserts from goferit and stay with the stock pitman arm.
