82-83 CJ7 Limited decals

I need help from the CJ7 82-3 Limited owner community. I would like to reproduce here in France the original decals as part of the restoration of my Slate Blue Metallic Limited. I know that Graphics Phoenix offers them but the prices with shipping and taxes are prohibitive. Unfortunately, the many photos I've been able to glean don't allow me to appreciate the exact dimensions of the strips or the curves to reproduce them with good accuracy.
Would anyone who owns a survivor and still has their original stickers be so kind as to provide me with the widths of the various parts? I would also appreciate detail photos, or even better, drawings of the different ends.
On the other hand, I can't figure out the two shades of blue (in my case) used. Of course, it is risky to match the color without calibration, however, by comparing with the AMC color chart over the years, I conclude that the colors could be Lakeshore Blue P98 from 1958 for the light blue, and Moonlight Blue 1B from 1981 for the very dark blue. Do you have any clues on it?
Thanks for your help.

How much are taxes and shipping?!?

$169 for the entire decal kit seems Incredibly reasonable?

$ 322...A lot for three little strips.
I am admittedly unfamiliar with International shipping, isn't that something that someone could buy here and simply mail to you? Or do you have to pay duty on it?

Hoss
There is a 20% import tax plus customs duties. And in fact, I just checked, this amount is added to the $ 322 which is about $100 more.
You could take it to your local vinyl shop… But if you have none around, can you really put a price on having the correct decal stripe on a rare vintage Jeep ? 😅
Are you saying your cost on the decal is $322, because it lists for $169?

Hoss, I beleive what he is saying is that after import taxes and duties, his total cost winds up being $322 on a $169 part.

We once wanted some Bradbury&Bradbury reproduction Victorian wallpaper for one of the rooms in our 1885 house. Its not sold in the US, but was available in the UK.
It sold for $140/roll( US) but by the time we paid all the import crap, it would have cost us close to $265/roll.
My wife may have found away around that but I wont admit to what might be considered smuggling online...;)

Final cost to my door would be around $400.

I can't see how that cost is even possible. I've mailed items in small packages via mail for a couple of dollars to France before. All for the cost of postage and weight was more than simple decals. Mailed a set of rubber bump stops and tubing end caps for the spare tire carrier I had extras of.

Perhaps I'm missing something? The VAT is 20%, or $34. The shipping on a 2 lb package looks (small box since the decal will be rolled and not folded) to be between $30-$40, so call it $75? That's still under $250?

With eBay and some other sites, you pay taxes and additional duties ( with eBay there’s fees hidden in their Global Shipping Program charges)
How about doing it this way? Have one of us in the USA order it, repack it, and mail it or ship it to you. The one who order it is the original owner and if he sells it you it is a used decal which is true because it is only new to the original owner. The shipper for customs purposes declares a small value, it is a used decal, and that it is a gift. In return you could gift the purchaser the cost of the decal and shipping. It is important not to use the original unopened shipping container, because if you do it could indicate a resale and not a gift. "I saw it, ordered it, and didn't like it so I am giving it to my friend in France."

In another lifetime I did international shipping I found using DHL to be the best small parcel shipping company for international small parcel shipping. They are an international company and know the ends and outs of customs declaration. They once did and may still do offered a reasonable service where they would do customs declarations for you.

Happy shipping!

Thank you for this lead and all your efforts to help me. I have a friend in the USA who could play that middleman.
However, I have the possibility to design the stickers myself and have them printed here for a lower cost, with an optimal quality. So for the time being I want to try this route. That's also the beauty of restoration.
So I'm back to the point of my post. Can anyone provide me with the dimensions of the original decals?
Thanks

This is very close to the way we got our wallpaper from the UK, via Sweden then Canada.....;)

So your Jeep has no decals on it that you can take measurements??

limiteds are rare, even in North America
