Did it work in the past?

Any other lights coming on when the turn signals are activated.
bad ground

Are the running lights brighter than the turn signals?
Wire swapped in socket. Lots of replacement lights were sipped with the wiring incorrect.

Does he turn signal indicator come on with the headlights?
The housing on the front signal may not be grounded properly, I had to add a ground wire to the housing on my FG tub
Or the socket is rusted out
Or the bulb has a broken wire on the base causing a bad ground connection.

Is the grill fiberglass also?
Make sure the ground wire is still in good condition.

Do the headlights work properly?

Lots of stuff to check here. Do you have a Volt Meter?

The Turn signal indicators are on the same circuit as the front turn signals themselves.
They have their own ground but it's not good enough for the whole circuit.
This tells me you may have multiple ground failures.
They should work unless their ground is also bad or the light switch or TS flasher has problems.

Check to make sure ALL your grounds are still in good condition. Turn everything on and check each ground point with a volt meter to the (-) post on the battery. Any voltage over 0.1 volts is a bad connection.

2) will have to look at running lights '
3)signal indicator come on with the headlights? Not sure head lights off only the right comes on.
4) grill is not fiberglass .
5) This all happened when I had a new frame installed (I think all was good before frame swap )
6) thank you sounds like ground issue

I almost always start by confirming good voltage to the socket and good ground. My go to is get to the positive side of the socket and get to the battery negative terminal, if possible. This checks that you have good voltage with the ground loop eliminated. Now check across the positive and negative of the socket. There should be very little difference in voltage. If there is a large difference in the two readings then a grounding issue is most likely the culprit.

Ok
Running lights are brighter then front turn signals .
Rears work good until you turn head lights on and they don’t work .
Front signals are real dim but work until head lights are on .
Dash turn signal the right goes on with it set to left or right .

Yes, sounds like the wires might be reversed. It's an easy fix. Just need to pop out the terminals with a thin screwdriver and swap position.

Are we talking about the rear turn signals or rear lights.?

Front signals are real dim but work until head lights are on .
Do they get brighter or dimmer or off?

Dash turn signal the right goes on with it set to left or right .
This is good.
Do either come on when the headlights are on?
