The Jeep has been in the garage for a few weekends now. Waiting on back-ordered parts is a bigger problem than I thought it would be. Probably should have waited until everything was here to get started.

Tires came in and I was able to get them mounted and balanced for free at 4WheelPats. It was some sort of big sale weekend and they were offering free mounting.

As of last weekend:

Springs, control arms, track bars, and the sway bar links are installed

Front track bar bracket needs to be bolted through the frame. Four holes at almost 1", scary.

Used a spring compressor to get the front springs in. First time I had used a spring compressor and it made it much easier.

After some research I bought a RE CV rear track bar bracket to go with my adjustable track bar.

Anyone have any suggestions for getting a 33x12.5 to fit on the spare tire carrier? It hits the bumper and seems like it needs to be moved up, but will hit the center brake light.
id recomend not running it on stock carrier, overtime it will warp and bend the tail gate

I have heard that, and seen it as well. I have also heard that if the rubber bumpers for the tire are not touching it, it can be go wrong pretty quick. Anyone have a 33x12.5 on a stock carrier with the bumpers spaced out and no problems?

I would like a swing-out carrier. Just not in the budget right now.
Thinking about this spacer. Anyone have any experiance with something like this?

Hey I am interested in how you routed your air line to your bumper, I am looking at the MF-1050 and wondering if you have a write up or info on it?

I mounted my MV50 to the empty ABS tray. I ran 1/4" air line to to the bumper and to the air box. The intake for the compressor get the same clean air the engine gets this way. I ran the line down to the bumper right above the shock tower down the frame and put a hole in the bumper. Wired a switch inside the Jeep and made a 4 tire setup to air up all 4 at the same time and equalize them. Here are some pictures. If you have any questions let me know. Sorry for the delayed reply.

Looks great!
i like ur idea for the discharge comp. that is great
I really like that setup for the air compressor, ill probably do a version of that, Jeep looks great also, how does the lift ride? Also I like the old school Jeep symbol on the grill, really cool. keep it up.
Thanks guys.

I got the old Jeep symbol of my father-in-law's 60s Jeep J300 he was giving to Olympic4x4 here in WA.

The four tire air up/down setup is awesome. Lets me do things like disconnect the sway bar and help out with other rigs while mine is taking care of itself. Only downside, the MV50 compressor cost me about $60, the air up/down setup was at least $85 on top of that. I didn't plan on spending that much but all the air fittings add up quick.

Takes me just under 12 minutes to go from 15psi to 30psi with all 4 33x12.5 KM2s linked together. My MV50 is ported so a stock one probably wont match that. I tested them individualy and it took me longer because of the movement between all four and trying to get the as close to each other as possible. If you've got an extra $75 its worth it.

The 4" OME springs are not the soft 180 or 190 spring rates found on the OME 2.5 kits. I think these are something like 235. I have the numbers for a lot of companies saved somewhere. The long travel OME shocks are matched pretty well to it but it is still a stiff ride. The stiffer but smoother feel that I was told I would have is really true. Takes the big bumps a lot better but lets you know about every single small bump due to the stiff ride.

Overall I am happy with the ride. The only other lifted coil spring Jeep I have driven is a 4" RC on a JK, so not much to compare it to.
