Hi, we have a 2015 Patriot we are having an intermittent problem when we try to start the vehicle it will not start all the lights come, if we take the key out and try agin it will start fine we had the battery test it good any help would be appreciated

Sounds like an issue with the neutral safety switch or break interlock where the computer (PCM) doesn't know the vehicle is in park or neutral. Has anyone ever spilled a drink or anything around the shifter?
