2014 Grand Cherokee Shifter Interlock Module PN 68166105AE SOLVED

Does this part require programming when installing a new or used one, or is it plug-and-play?
I'm hoping to avoid towing it to the dealership for the $1400 they will charge...

UPDATE: FTR this does NOT need to be programmed even though the dealer told me it does. Salvage part $80, works perfectly plug-n-play.
