1991 Jeep Wrangler restoration, LS swap, 5-speed, Ford 8.8 rear. ~124k miles on body and engine. All Novak parts were used for the swap. Folder full of documentation and receipts for everything down to fasteners purchased showing an investment of ~$19,500, and it is insured for that amount. Jeep has never been off road and only used as a garage-kept weekend cruiser. Located in Myrtle Beach with a clean SC title in my name. May consider trades for a stock-ish (wife-friendly) 2-door Wrangler.

BODY:
Paint is original, and has some minor imperfections you can see up close, but is buffed to a nice shine and has been ceramic coated. Poison Spyder hood louvers. 92-95 YJ "family style" roll bar. Bikini top, factory half doors and soft uppers with windjammer for colder weather. TJ-style hood latches. Smittybilt SRC Classic Rock Crawler Bumpers front and rear. Originally a Texas Jeep - no rust whatsoever. Frame has been treated with Eastwood frame coating.

INTERIOR:
Smittybilt Contour Sport Seats and new seat sliders/mounts. JVC bluetooth head unit and 4 new speakers. Tuffy security console. All weather floor mats. All factory gauges work properly including tach and CEL/MIL. LED headlights, gauge lights, and reverse lights. Grant steering wheel.

ENGINE:
2006 5.3L LM7 engine with ~122k miles. Novak engine mounts. Speed Engineering headers with V-bands. New ACDelco plugs with Accel angled (for header clearance) ceramic plug wires with heat shields/jackets. Cold air intake. Professionally tuned for 93 octane fuel. Exhaust is custom, heat shield-wrapped 2.5" down pipes to 3" Y-pipe with high-flow catalytic converter and Flowmaster muffler. Only genuine GM fluids used.

TRANSMISSION:
BRAND NEW (not rebuilt) AX-15 from Novak. Transmission features all available upgrades (Complete AX15 Transmission Package). NP231 transfer case with slip-yoke eliminator. Novak clutch slave cylinder and new hydraulic line. Novak transmission mount.

AXLES:
Rear axle is Ford 8.8 with 4.10 gears, rebuilt Ford limited slip, disc brakes, and working e-brake using install kit from East Coast Gear and Supply. Front axle is Dana 30 with matching 4.10 gears. Fresh fluids in both axles. Tom Woods double cardan CV driveshaft with 1310 U-joints. I have TJ 1-piece front shafts ready to install to replace the factory YJ 2-piece shaft.

MECHANICAL:
OEM replacement steering gear and steering shaft. OEM replacement heater core. GenRight fuel tank access panel. Walbro 255 fuel pump. Aeromotive adjustable fuel pressure regulator and billet filter. All new fuel lines front to back. Superior Radiator LS swap radiator and electronic fan controlled by GM PCM. New 95 YJ brake master cylinder and brake booster upgrade. All new brake lines, proportioning valve, rotors, calipers, and pads. Dakota Digital SGI-100BT for running tach and VSS (vehicle speed sensor).

SUSPENSION:
4" Rubicon Express lift, Skyjacker Black Maxx shocks. Moog tie rod ends. All suspension bushings replaced with polyurethane. Kumho Road Venture MT KL71 LT305/70R-16 tires on Quadratec Rubicon Xtreme wheels (4.5" backspacing, 0 offset).
