1975 cj5 transmission

This may sound obvious to others but anyone know the difference between t15 and t15a? I am looking for an input shaft for a t15 but discontinued…. I’ve searched salvage yards and all over the net… t14 seems to meet most of the criteria however is not exact … courious on any other suggestions

The T15a may be marked T15 on the case. I am not sure of the differences but it is the later version.

Have you asked Novak transmissions?
