1973 CJ5 Hazard Switch

Hi! My dash mounted hazard switch is frozen up and has been that way since I bought it. My hazards and turn signals work through a column mounted after market kit, but I still want to replace this dash mounted switch for other purposes and originally. I cannot find this part anywhere, and it has no part numbers I can find. Any help would be great! Pics attached.
