Wondering if anyone could give some pointers, or advice.
Thinking about the possibility of swapping the 12's V-^ with the 05's 4.0L straight six. Any idea what I'd need for this, how much work it would take, and if I could retain the 12's features relating to the engine (cruise control and such)?
The straight 6 and transmission are still in good working order, though pushed out of alignment due to a bent frame.
On the other hand, most of the damage to the 05 is in the frame. I know replacing theframe would require pretty much a complete teardown. Any advice on whether or not this would be worth it?
