01 grand
4.0l
New blend door and actuator
New heater core
New water pump
New thermostat

Flushed the system best I could, didn't see anything plus it was emptied almost completely with the water pump and lower hose removal

Blend door is working checked it after install

155 degrees on heater hoses, temp gauge shows constant 190+-

At idle inside heat is 130 degrees at vents
Moving/driving it drops to 70 degrees at vents
Coolent has been bleed and bleed and bleed again

I'm at a total loss at this point....any help would be great

I havnt found the solution but for anyone seeing this later. My actuator wasn't opening or closing fully. Each direction I could push the door anther 1/8th inch.
Took the actuator off from the glove box moved the door got awsome heat. Last thing I need to check/change is the controls as it's a new door, new actuator and then a 2nd new/used actuator.

None the less anyone has low heat out of no where make sure doors fully opening/closing.
My actuator even when I took it off you can see it won't move to full a/c or full heat. So even with people with cold air but not cold cold check the actuator for full movement
