My 1999 Wrangler Sahara starts and runs for only two seconds then stalls. There is power to the fuel pump for the two seconds and then the pump shuts off. I can actually hear and feel the pump running when touching the fuel tank. Is there a relay or switch that is killing the power to the pump?
